Taira (Koybaeva) Stuart, Ph.D.

Dr. Stuart is as comfortable consulting in the U.S. Congress and spending time at the White House as she is in Kyiv in Ukraine and the Kremlin in Russia–where she worked on democratization until it became clear Putin wasn’t interested in anything more than dictatorship.

She is Ukrainian and holds degrees from premier universities in Russia, Germany, and Switzerland, and in the United States from MIT and Stanford. From consulting in the corridors of corporate and governmental power to speaking and appearing in media around the world, Taira applies her knowledge of intercultural understanding, linguistics, and the psychology of inspired leadership to help usher in a new era of global communication.

Dr. Stuart develops new methods of international negotiation and corporate diplomacy. She optimizes management processes. And she consults with diplomats and executives to empower them to face challenges, not from the way things have been, but from a compelling vision for what the future can be—with courageous leaders raising the bar.

Dr. Stuart is currently writing a book titled, “Leading With Vision: The High Stakes and New Possibilities for Global Understanding.
